Venue Hire
The back two tables of the cafe can be reserved free of charge for small events during business hours by emailing heartliverpoolevents@gmail.com. We kindly ask that you do not bring in outside drink and no outside food without prior agreement.
During Cafe Hours First Floor Rental (Tuesday)
During cafe hours, the upstairs space is available for £25/hr. No outside drink is allowed. Outside food only with prior agreement. A/V Technician and sound available for £25/hr.
Outside Cafe Hours Rental Cost and Hours (Tuesday - Saturday 5pm - 9pm)
The cost of the space is £75/hour per floor, with a two hour minimum. This does not include the cost of audio/visual equipment or the hiring of cafe services (eg. espresso and other specialty drinks).
An A/V Technician and sound system is available for £25/hr.
Cafe Services can be provided upon request and depending on availability for a minimum of £50 spent on cafe drinks. Individuals can purchase these, or you can purchase them for your guests.
Please complete our venue hire form to begin your reservation. We will contact you to go over details and availability before the venue hire is completed. We will also provide you with guidelines and an agreement to sign.
